Courtyard – We have a beautiful courtyard with seating and tables. You can locate this by taking the elevator to C1 and exiting through our Sydney Street door.

Vending Machines / Ice machine / Water filter – located on level B just outside the elevator.

Gym – There is no on-site gym but we do have a relationship with the Atlantic Fitness Centre where our guests can go for free. Please see the Front Desk for further details.

Black and white convenience – Located at 19 Hillsborough Street.

Sobey’s – This is our closest large supermarket located at 400 University Avenue.

Sobeys Express – Located at 230 Euston Street, and has a more extensive range of products.

Kent Street Market – A new local market downtown with fresh produce, cheese, deli meats and canned goods available. They are located at 136 Kent Street.

Petro Canada – This is our closest gas station located at 230 Euston Street.

Liquor Store – Nearest liquor store is located at 84 Queen Street, with a second location at 359 University Avenue.
